Place your order at least four days in advance of your Delivery Date. If you need an order in less than four days, please email fioridamore_cf@yahoo.com and we'll be in touch as soon as we hear from you and do our best to meet your floral needs.

Customization: We love customizing each order for our customers to ensure it meets your style, occasion and reflects you! Please contact us to discuss the details of the floral design you would like.

Cancellations: All cancellations and refunds must be confirmed no less than 15 days prior to the scheduled date for Delivery. 

Delivery: Delivery is available within 30 miles of Rockville, MD. Delivery rates begin at $20 and vary based on the size of your order and distance for delivery. For deliveries beyond 30 miles, please email us at fioridamore_cf@yahoo.com. Please note that delivery will be to one location, multiple deliveries will incur additional fees.

Set up and care: Fiori d’Amore is not responsible for the care and condition of floral arrangements after Delivery is completed. Additionally, set up is a separate fee to delivery which will change based on the size of your order. Care instructions will be provided and should be followed to keep blooms in excellent condition.
